What is involved?
 The selected research company (we've found a
fabulous one that has done work for some very well-known consumer
brands) will interview 600 children in this age range across the USA-
equally dividing between ages and genders.

How would this work?  The research company determines general
overall questions to be asked based on interviews with LOI, the
sponsor, and the previous study.  Additionally, they will ask what you'd
like to know for your particular niche.  Once the study questions are
determined, they will have responsibility for finding the participants,
getting parental approval, aggregating the information, and providing
a research report to LOI and you.

The viewpoints we're planning on seeking input on are: the economy,
lifestyle issues, socio-economic, technology, and politics.

Who keeps the results?  Both LOI and the sponsor will have access
to the full study results.  The 'generalalities' will be used by LOI for
publishing purposes while the specific questions for the sponsor will
not be disclosed.  It will be considered private market research that
provides the sponsor with a competitive advantage.  

What is the cost?  If you've done any kind of research, you know that it
is generally an expensive line item in the budget.  However, because
the research company loves this project and wants to see it through,
they are coming in well-below 'market value,' which means the price
will be @ $25,000 (note, we are willing to divide cost between two
sponsors, but will keep the study at the same length from a question
standpoint.)

What other benefits are there?
As the sponsor/partner, you will be featured in all the marketing
communications materials produced by LOI International.  This
includes press releases, books, website, blogs, etc.  A lot of
promotion is planned once the results are in.

Great, when can we start/what is the time frame? As soon as an
agreement is signed, we can start determining the research criteria.  
That should take two to three weeks with the study itself taking around
two months.  Just think, by the end of this year, you could have some
amazing research that puts you in the cat bird's seat on this coveted
market.
