Qualitative Focus Groups differ from traditional focus groups in the
information is gathered in a much more in-depth, conversational
manner.

Participants are asked open-ended questions so that a company
can truly gain valuable incites into perceptions of a product or service.

LOI International has a background in meeting with a client to find
out the information they're trying to discern and creating a list of
questions that need answered.  Once completed, LOI gathers the
group of participants and makes them feel at ease so that they'll
comfortably answer the questions.
